Founder Leslie Toole has been involved with fitness, sports performance and general health since his college football playing days over 30 years ago.

His approach to fitness engulfs holistic techniques and minimal weights.  This approach provides a greener setting that focuses on a whole body improvement.  Leslie's beliefs in Range of Motion and Flexibility in conjunction with immense body weight workouts designed to enhance muscle tone.

With routines that include walking, plyometric exercises, calisthenics, and whole body sessions; each individual gets a plan or program tailored to their specific needs or wants.

Leslie, our lead trainer played football collegiately and has a thorough knowledge of the game and player development,

With a focus on developing the complete player to be a competitive, versatile player, we push the athletes to achieve a better understanding of the game and the position(s) they may play.

A GREAT focus is on fundamentals, agility and performance improvement via speed and power,

              BASKETBALL TRAINING

 

From recreational basketball to middle school basketball to varsity basketball; Coach Toole has worked with many great players and coaches over a 30 year period.

This enduring knowledge allows Coach to introduce old school practices and techniques with current American and European skills.

Past and current trainees have benefited from the in-depth teachings and detailed feedback that potentially made each athlete better than when they first came to him.

Starting players as young as 8 years old on up to collegiate players, Bigfoot Training Academy is qualified to assist with your development.

SPEED, STRENGTH, AGILITY & VERSATILITY... that's the name of today's game.

If you want to be among the elite athlete in any sport today, it requires training and trainers that understand that they must continue to grow in order to challenge this era of talent.

Our approach to this task is FULL BODY work. 

 

We:

  • use a lot of resistance to reduce joint stress

  • use Range Of Motion techniques

  • use various cardio schemes for endurance

  • offer standard rest periods to minimize Over Use Injuries

Our Jump Training is aggressive and among the safest programs out there.
